Description

The PS-300 profile sander from Gibbs Sandtech is ideal for sanding lengths of profiled pieces up to 300mm wide. It’s the perfect machine for small runs as well as high volume production. We designed the PS-300 with years of demanding use in mind. It features a durable frame and heavy duty motors to give you peace of mind that this machine won’t let you down.

Our profile sander in brief

A simple and robust push-button interface and smooth adjustment handwheels make the PS-300 easy to set-up and use. The grip-face conveyor belt and pressure rollers prevent the workpiece from slipping as it passes through the machine. The two top heads sand the top face, meanwhile a head on the left and right sand the sides. Furthermore, all the heads have the option to run in forwards and reverse for added flexibility.

The abrasive fingers on each sanding strip work their way into grooves and crevices, gently removing fibres and paint nibs for a fantastic finish. A dust hood covers each head and has a dust extraction port for safe, clean operation. All these features come together to make the PS-300 a powerful and versatile profile sander. One that we’re sure will quickly become a vital part asset to your workshop.

What’s more, we supply every one of our profile sanders ready to go, loaded with a full set of our QuickFlex abrasive strips, in a grit of your choice. We make all our abrasive strips in-house and stock all grits from 60 to 600.
